ModKey (MDK) Terms of Use
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Important: By accepting these Terms in the panel or using MDK services, you agree to all of the terms below.
1. Acceptance and Access
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the ModKey (MDK) panel network (the "Network") and its services.
1.2. The administration may change these Terms. Changes are announced in the panel and in the Telegram channel @mdk_space before they take effect. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the services and request deletion of your account.
1.3. Owner, software owner and helper accounts must link a Telegram account, be members of the MDK Telegram group and stay subscribed to the Telegram channel @mdk_space to use the panel. If an owner or software owner leaves the group, their software is blocked until they rejoin.
2. Network Rights
2.1. The Network may:
- Issue, distribute, and revoke license keys for any software associated with the Network;
- Change balances, statistics, and other account data;
- Suspend or delete the accounts and data of users who break these Terms;
- Modify panel functionality, announcing significant changes in advance;
- Restrict access to services at its discretion;
- Transfer the Network to a successor, with prior notice to users.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Network is not liable for, and does not reimburse:
- Data loss resulting from technical failures or administrative actions;
- Financial losses from price or term changes, lost access, or account suspension;
- Operation of third-party software integrated with the Network.
3.2. Within the same limits, users assume all risks associated with use of the services.
4. Keys and Commercial Use
4.1. The Network decides which features are paid and how they are monetized, and announces changes to paid terms in advance. Users may sell keys only within the role granted to them.
4.2. License keys remain the property of the Network or the software owner; users receive only a right to use them.
5. Violations
5.1. Hacking or disrupting the Network, distributing malware, bypassing its restrictions, selling keys outside your role, or spam, threats and prohibited content in chats may result in:
- Permanent suspension of all associated accounts;
- Cancellation of balances and revocation of keys.
5.2. Account theft, hacking, disrupting the Network or distributing malware may also lead to criminal liability under applicable law.
5.3. The administration determines whether a violation occurred at its discretion and is not required to provide a reason.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
6.2. Questions and claims are accepted on Telegram at @EXPERT_CATPON. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation.
6.3. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence.
